Tiny home

This is our cozy little cabin that has 2 single beds and we can provide a cot upon request. It's on a quiet road tucked away. We have plenty of plugs to charge your boats and room to park them. It's only 13 minutes from Greenpond landing and is just a few miles south of Anderson and Clemson. It's about mid way down on Lake Hartwell very close to all the ramps on the South Carolina side of the lake.

The space

It's a garage tiny home with a mini split ac unit and two single beds and a full bathroom. There is a microwave toaster oven and coffee maker in the tiny house. We also have a smart tv and Wifi as well.

There is an outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill to cook on. We do not live here we rent all of the places on the property out you may be there when someone else is but you will have your own space and won't have to interact with them if you wouldn't like to. We have cameras on the outside of the main building for your protection and ours.

Lake Hartwell

Lake Hartwell is a man-made reservoir bordering Georgia and South Carolina and encompassing parts of the Savannah, Tugaloo, and Seneca rivers.

Lake Hartwell is one of the Southeastern United States' largest recreation lakes. The lake was created by the construction of the Hartwell Dam, completed in 1962 and located on the Savannah River seven miles (11 km) below the point at which the Tugaloo and Seneca Rivers join to form the Savannah. Extending 49 miles (79 km) up the Tugaloo and 45 miles (72 km) up the Seneca at normal pool elevation, the lake comprises nearly 56,000 acres (230 km2) of water with a shoreline of

962 miles (1,548 km). The entire Hartwell "Project" contains 76,450 acres (309 km2) of land and water.

1-85 bisects Hartwell Lake and makes the area easily accessible to visitors. [3]
